Hello All,

I have been thinking about buying an Alpina for a few years. I am still on the look out but was wondering if anyone could recommend where you service your Alpina's in the Greater Manchester Area.

I know these cars throw up a bit of confusion in some garages so just wanted to know where is a good place that would look after them.

Thanks in advance

I’ve been struggling too after the demise of Peter Michaels in Bolton, now part of Halfords but still a decent oil change and brake service but sadly nothing more.

Used Northwest BMW too and they have been ok for me, nothing special and I felt things were rushed, just a feeling. They changed the gearbox oil and sump, again nothing major.

I’m currently using another small and very local garage - Lowndes Street garage but they are always booked up for around a month. They always have a collection of Porsche, Audio, VWs and M cars in their small yard.

If there is anywhere else local I’d like to know too.
