BMW Car Club National event 2024 Thruxton

I was fairly reliably informed yester that the BMW Car Club Gb plan to hold their National event at Thruxton Hampshire in 2024. I have only been a member since 2011 but cannot ever recall this event in the South.

It will be interesting to see how this changes the dynamics of those wishing to attend, from an ALPINA perspective events in the south do reasonably well, date tbc.

I'm within walking distance (if you're a keen walker!) but I suppose that would be missing the point.

I will need to speak to my ALPINA colleagues but it might make good locations for a separate ALPINA section. We had 43 at Donington in 2022, but I sense that there may be more appetite for this location. There were but a handful at Oulton park, but I cant be specific on that.
