Along with the discarded number plate holder mentioned on the separate post - they sent me the attached stickers - the SPG doesn’t do them any favours but the last picture shows the retro rear view mirror view from the inside.

There are different sticker options with the Alpina number plate holder which I bought on EBay from bmwpilotpoland - not sure if one can just buy the stickers though.
