The Alpina Register is great for Alpina; but its needs more help to expose the brand, so I asked Paul at pistonheads.com if he would put a link on for Alpina, especially as I said it was easily as good as the other super cars it showed, he replied and said "if I get enough people to want it he would be happy to add an Alpina link", so here is our chance ladies and gentleman to help expose the brand more.
I am sure it wont take long before we have another good link for the brand and so help this register as well

Most certianly, sent Neil an email yesterday and forwarded it again.
I can only think this is good positive news, recipocal links or similar get better ratings on all search engines, it's not about competition, two very different sites, different users, I just want to see Alpina exposed, its so weakly marketed in the UK, also I hate when car sites keep promoting BMW and forget Alpina.

It will be a link on thier site like any other brand of car, I know quite a bit about search engines and it will certainly help both pistoheads and the rigister to get an even better rating but the most important issue is making Alpina more noticedneil wrote:Mark I haven't seen the email ?
Not quite sure what you mean by link - is this just a weblink, an area ? I'm all in favour of promoting ALPINA and pistonheads is certainly a growing brand.
