I have had clarification from the orgainsers. Those of you who are bmwccgb members or who have joined the bmwccgb fb alpina group may be aware they are actively inviting alpina owners who are club members to display on the bmwccgb stand.

They are totally entitled to do so and members with alpina will have a choice. However, the orgainser informs that the bmwccgb is treated as just one stand and its up to them how they allocated their space within the stand.

If one has an alpina and purchased a ticket to display with the bmwccgb they will not be able to move to any other group or display on the day, conversely should anyone have purchased a ticket with any other group they cannot move to the bmwccgb or any other group on the day.

It is of course possible that some people did not realise there was a separate alpina display or indeed a bmwccgb display.

The organiser advises that should any one which to exchange to any group that they are contacted as soon as possible to allocate space and the individual contact the group they wish to leave from and the group they wish to relocate to.

Please follow the protocol as its unfair to try and move on the day for logistical reasons.

Yes I'm also aware there have been some, potentially, confusing comments and posts which may lead people to getting misinformed.

I have told everyone I have spoken to who has booked to be part of the ALPINA dedicated display to ask for ALPINA on arrival. This will ensure they are directed to the correct area.
Of course conversely any that have booked a display ticket and wish to display with the BMW car club please ask for the Car Club on arrival.

I will post this as well in the ALPINA FB group closer to the time so everything is clear.

I dont want to embarrass the person by naming them, someone I spoke to didnt realise they was a separate alpina group and only saw the info from bmwccgb. They then asked if if they could switch on the day. I sought clarification as posted aformentioned.

yeh I think what hasn't helped is mentions of the BMWCC area within posts about the ALPINA display, but anyone can comment what they want so not much we can do.
I'll be posting as much as possible closer to the event and everyone I have sent the ticket link too will be getting follow up messages with clear instructions to ask for the ALPINA area.

If anyone who has booked with the BMW CC with an ALPINA but wanted to be on the dedicated area just make sure you ask for ALPINA when you arrive and come park with us.

Hi all,

All general display tickets are now sold and link no longer works. The BMW Car Club do have some spaces open so I believe they will allow any ALPINA owner to book through them. You'll need to contact Andrew Gallant or the Car Club for info on how to book through them.

More details on the ALPINA display will follow closer to the time (anyone displaying with the Car Club, please refer to them directly for instructions for the day).

If everyone turns up we will be full so looking forward to once again putting on one of the biggest gathering of Cars at Ultimate BMW and potentially the largest gathering of ALPINA cars in the UK in 2026.

Story I heard was that the BMWCCGB had yet to fill their allocated space with ticket sales, so as Mark says they may have room. I think it may be a possibility that if they have not filled their numbers then this space will be open to others. However, its best to contact the organizer.
