Yep, FN04HVV is #032.

This seller has been advertising sinc Jun-22 when they started it at £19k

£15k, looking at a possible Z4M or something like this, but everything is so far away!
Interesting on that register entry is this "The car has a full Sytner service history" where as the ad states partial history, must be lack of info on latter works.

Has a hard top which is a bonus (£1200's worth)

Z4M is a different proposition in my humble opinion. Roadster S is different and probably easier to live with Day 2 Day. Having driven both and owning the M. :)

Aero skirt on one side and standard on the other? I think I considered the same car back in 2010 before buying #073 and it had the same side skirt arrangement back then!

Near side (non aero) is standard.
