I really like this. I know from the recent E92 thread (the Goodwood car), not everyone is a Santorini Blue fan on Alpinas, but I personally think it looks great. I just love seeing these cars in a 'different' colour.

The interior is lovely too - the blue piping really lifts it.

Car is priced pretty well- made even better by the fact it has the original phone :D

And a full compliment of buttons on the accessory bar 8) , but strangely no nav, not even the basic one.

Seems an honest looking car in both looks and description, getting rid of the awful fake badges would improve it no end :D

I like this. Be interesting to hear what the condition is like. Seems sensibly priced.
F32 D4, Alpina Blue, Lavalina Congac, #51, daily, shows
E46 B3, Carbon Black, Nappa Grey, ##270, weekends, shows
E46 330ci Convertible Silver, when the sun is out
E61 550i, V8 4.8 dog wagon and shopping runs, odd show

F31 320d XDrive Touring, sold, used to be the dog wagon

Nice car.

The cassette player is worth more then Nav IMO. Also bonus points on the Nokio 6000 series - just like the one in mine :D

I’m quite a fan of period technology so always like to see the double din nav screens. Was just surprised that it has some many other options but not the nav: sunroof, h/k, electric blind, phone, etc

The prize of E46 audio has to be the minidisc head unit. I genuinely liked them and thought the MD was a good replacement for tapes in a car: digital media but in a robust package that you could handle clumsily without fear of damage.

Now we are talking Bob! Yes mini disc was a great format in lieu of digital media via phones USB etc. Agree it is strange how folks sometimes spec their cars from new.

Thing is and its something we lose sight on with these is that back in the day, these cars were hugely expensive cars to buy and as the options were predominantly cost options where did the buyer draw the line? Cost over what he wanted?
