BCA E46 B3S

Don’t know the number but coming through imperial cars at Blackbushe. Grade 4 condition report and a very poor MOT history says it hasn’t had the care it truly needs. Right in head gasket territory too.

Can anyone bid on a BCA car? I am mildly interested in this and it could be a good rolling restoration project.

MOT history is scary!! Not only the fails - showing that it hasnt been loved at all.

The DVLA record says its a D4 and an Alpine.

It’s not that uncommon that the MOT History check shows differently to the Tax/MOT status check. Not really sure why it’s different though, you’d assume it’s all pulling from the V5 but it doesn’t appear to be the case.

What a shame to let an Alpina get in such poor condition.
Judging by the seat wear they have knocked a 1 off the front of the mileage.
Apart from a knackered carpet what on earth is in the boot , looks like it has been used for visits to the tip.

E46 B3 S CABRIO #123

Post by Bob » Wed Feb 03, 2021 2:00 pm

Now up with a dealer in Winchester. Looks like it has had some prep: drivers seat has been repaired/recoloured, a general clean up and now with a fresh MOT with no advisories. Can't decide what's happened to the steering wheel, looks like the loop stitching & switchtronic arrows have been coloured black.

Nice spec. Not sure on price. The steering wheel is a rush job repair. Original wheel caps super faded with nasty rubber...interesting to hear if HG or Suspension was ever renewed...

mines been used for trips to the tip, muddy dog walks, dirty and wet clothes and shoes etc and remarkably it still works fine
