B3 3.3 facelift Touring no 108

Owned this now for 12 years and genuinely has been one of the very best cars I've ever had
2002 Alpina B3 3.3 facelift Touring
Kids have grown and flown the nest and I recently bought an E31 that I smoke around in most of the time
12 years parked on the street has taken its toll on no 108
I'm in 2 minds
Either sell as is cheaper or restore to former glory then ask top dollar but the reality is I probably don't have time for the latter.
The car will need 2 x front wings and rear arches attending to.
Most panels either have a small mark or paint damaged by seagull poop
Front splitter has stone chips all over
On a brighter not I have 2 x sets of wheels freshly refurbished and is reasonably low miles for the year at only 113k
It was on 90k when I bought it and had just had the gearbox rebuilt
19" dynamics with pilot sport 4 in E46 offset and the standard 18's with 4 x matching conti winter tyres
The steering wheel is an M3 CS paddle shift one but I have the original Alpina one
Direct plug and play easy to swap.
I have the original RDS BMW headunit but the car currently has a Dynavin N7 headunit fitted.
Recently passed Mot with new discs and pads on the front and a drop link
Advisory for 4 x rusty springs and a sump oil leak so will endeavour to get that looked at asap
I have all the wallet and Alpina bumph that came with the car
2 iginition keys, valet key etc
Alpina Blau II with black heated leather with Alpina rhombs on all the seats
Everything works apart from the aircon as a stone came through the condensor
Alpina mats all round inc boot floor mat with protector
Full toolkit / first aid kit
Was thinking £9995 with both sets of wheels
or £8995 with just 1 set for the car as is
