D3 BiTurbo Touring #53 - Alpina Blue

Post by Mr H » Sun Aug 07, 2022 4:00 pm

It’s time to sell the latest Alpina which I have had for 3 years ( I bought it off another friend and Alpina enthusiast). I don’t come onto the forum much but thought it would be nice to see the car going to a fellow Alpina enthusiast before it goes onto PH.

History

Registered August 2014
81000 Miles
I’m the 4th Owner
Alpina Blue Metallic
Dakota Oyster Leather
Panorama Glass Roof
Limited Slip Diff (from Factory)
Nav Business
Piano Black Trim.

The car has been looked after by BMW and then the lads at BMR (thanks Barry!). The car wants for nothing. I have a number of cars and they all get sorted out on the spot.

Recent Service History (All BMR)

MOT – just done Valid until 15/08/23
81077 (03/08/22) – New Front Shocks and Bump Stops (£1500) - basically brand new.
80030 (19/05/22) – New Front Disks/DS2500 Pads/Braided Lines/ Oil Service (£1300).
76815 (24/09/21) – Brake Service/Steering Rack Thrust Piece (£300)
74136 (12/01/21) – BMW Recall replacement of EGR cooler (FOC)
73300 (18/11/21) – Oil Change/Air Filter/Fuel Filter (£400)
68558 (23/09/19) – Rear Disks/Rear Pads/ Wheels Refurb by Lepson (£1100)
The Tyres are Michelin Super Sport all round with 6mm tread

Bad Points
- One wheel has a kerb graze.
- Rear Bumper has a few marks and some stone rash (I just live with it – it’s an 80K miles car)

The cars drives spot on (as you would expect). No hidden nasty history.

The price is £28000 Firm. Please only serious enquires I’m a real busy boy and in no rush to sell and these cars with LSD are real hard to find.

DM me if interested. Regards Mark

I briefly saw this in the flesh last week when I was dropping my car off at BMR, it looked great.

It has worn the miles very well and was in great condition. The combination of a panoramic roof and light interior is a refreshing change from black.

Best of luck with sale.

Another bit of Trophy appreciation here :drool I owned #117 and #083 between 2011 and 2014. Insanely capable cars on a twisty B road. Always wanted another but prices are getting silly now.

GLWTS of the D3, looks lovely

Car now sold to a fellow forum member which was what I wanted. Its was great car and so effortless and fast down the B roads.

Yeah the Trophy its a brillant little car, enjoyment for the money is way way up there, and its my "go to" track car..... it is so chuckable and makes corners disappear....its make more expense machines look stupid ! I took it to Brands Hatch in the wet last week, it was an absolute blast, so so many people come and had a talk about it, bog standard out the box.

Anyhow no doubt I will be back into an Alpina again sometime soon......B3S Touring in Metallic Green, the launch one from a couple of years ago...umm
