Hi guys

Is the ex owner still on here?

I have seen this advertised and it looks amazing.... just need more info on the car if possible.

Thanks

Naz
Doesn't look like Jon has logged in to the forum since Dec-20 going off his profile. Best bet is to send a PM and maybe he'll see it

Not got any direct experience of the E9x B3/B3S but worth noting that both the pre-LCI B3 BiTurbo and LCI B3S BiTurbo were based on the N54 engine whereas the 335i was updated with the N55 as part of LCI. That means the usual N54 weak spots can affect both B3 & B3S:
  • High-Pressure Fuel Pump (HPFP) Failure
  • Turbocharger Failure / Wastegate Rattle
  • Leaky Fuel Injectors
  • Leaking Boost / Chargepipe Failure
  • Valve Cover Oil Leak
  • Carbon Build-up
  • Vanos Solenoids (2A87 and 2A88)
  • Water Pump Failure
