Selling a B10

Hi everyone, new to this forum , new to Alpinas really . I'll be honest I've only joined for some help with selling ....

I have been tasked with selling my mother in laws B10 Automatic. She is not very well , the car has been sat in dry storage for 10 years and she has faced the reality that it needs to go .
She has no idea what it's worth , neither do I . I have obviously looked online at what these cars make , but this one will need some work .

So it's silver , leather interior . Starts and runs with a battery . Overall good condition , double of scabs on the rear arches . The screen is cracked , and I think this is the main reason the MOT lapsed .

Please could you guys advise me on what a potential buyer would want to know ? Obviously mileage , service history etc. But is there anything Alpina specific I need to check on the car ?
What's it worth ? And anybody here looking for a project ??
Any advise greatly appreciated.

Sounds like its more of a recommission it needs? Nice B10's even projects have a value so its not worth giving away! Especially if the bodywork isn't rotten

Thanks for the reply . I have all the paperwork here , it had great service history until my in-laws bought it 12 years ago or so .
I'll get some more photos this week .

Managed to get some more pics , light isn't great in the barn it's stored in .

All 4 wheel centre caps are in the boot . Still starts on the button once the battery is connected . Has a crack in the windshield . Forgot to check the mileage , but will this week .
Not sure how I go about finding out the spec . I'll check through the paperwork .

Hi Folks.

Finally got around to sticking a battery on the b10 to check the mileage . Which is 134734 .

Just hoping you guys could advise me on what to advertise the car for . When I advertise it , I will take better pictures . I guess I should clean it , unless the barn find look is more appealing !!
