Yes that was the car, I spotted the sticker but at first thought it was a Ukraine one until I saw your pictures

It is a small world; I started my electrical apprenticeship in the 80s with a small company in Churchtown, 2 miles from Southport and Formby Hospital but that was before they had built it. I did work on some of the main earthing system just before it opened.
