Spotted B5 and B4 - last weekend

Post by Rav » Wed Apr 27, 2022 11:17 pm

Mega weekend for Alpina spotting last weekend.

I believe i saw Norman's B5 near Kings Cross last Saturday. Looked stunning. N*** ALP. I was going to puppy yoga (yes) and then to a classic car show in Kings cross. The area is lovely.

I got some free tickets to Bicester Scramble and saw a lovely B4/D4. Registration L*N 170.

Nice spots Rav.

The B4 is particularly cool, that’s B4S #210 which was the launch car built to Singapore spec initially before being brought here and used as a long term demo with Autocar. It also looks to be a pre-production prototype.

Not sure on the B5, when you said Norman, do you mean Norrie?

Thanks Bob - I really liked the effortless class that the B4S oozed. I might have to start saving for one of these....

You are 100% correct - I think it was Norrie.

Norman has a B7 not a B5. Unless you spotted a B7 it definitely wasn’t Norman.

I stand corrected - It was a B5 or D5 for sure....

Registration ends with ALP. I thought it was N100 ALP but after checking MOT checker that plate is on a X5?
