B5 Removal of BiTurbo letters on boot

Just bought a 2021 B5 Tourer Loving it but want to remove the Bi-Turbo letters on the boot. Any suggestions appreciated Thx

Heat gun or hairdryer and fishing line see saw effect gently
You will need to at least machine polish that section of boot lid as the letters will leave ghosting mark- defo will need a tar glue remover autoglym is good for this
Keep letters safe in plastic bag as expensive if you decide to put back and lose one, I would do some markings before removal with pics for future reference

AmmoNYC on YouTube. The guy who owns it (larry) has done a vid on how to do this. Have you checked prices of new ones? You might choose not to do it...

What are you doing with the badges once removed?
