I’d forgotten about this one. Did the auction get pulled or did it fall short of reserve, hence the BIN.

It was going well last time I saw it 6k few questions about car then looked the other day to see the bin

I've been watching it (not surprisingly) and the original auction ended on Sunday evening. With a few hours to go it had got to £6,100, which does feel rather low and not much more than I sold for in 2013 so presumably didn't meet a reserve, hence the Buy It Now.

I did think it would make more than the buy it now of £8,100, given how the market has moved in recent times. But then I don't think Collecting Cars is favourable to Alpinas in general. I can't recall any example making really strong money probably because the intersection on the venn diagram of "people who want an Alpina" and "people who are looking on collecting cars" is quite small.
