New Pages on the main site - Production + Engine Timelines

Post by neil » Mon Sep 07, 2015 9:31 am

Hi all

I've been working on a number of things and here are the first two for you.

The following page now shows the ALPINA Production timeline

http://www.thealpinaregister.com/production

It's quite big - so you'll need to scroll right and down to see the complete timeline. If you mouse over the text for each model then you should get a pop up with addtional details.

Also I have done a similar thing for ALPINA engines

http://www.thealpinaregister.com/engines

- this time when each engine appeared. As with the production page if you mouse over a particular engine you will get further details and where appropriate which ALPINA mode(s)l featured the engine. In addition if you click on a particular engine it will open up all the similar engines e.g. click on A0 and all the A engines will be shown. Click on any of the engines to return back to the main engine list.

Thanks

Neil

Nice one Neil, I'm sure that'll come in very handy, especially when trying to help people out who are new to Alpina.

Ok latest installment

I've updated the UK production Stats page so that it now shows the global production for each model too (where production has stopped) so you can now see how many UK cars and what proportion this is of the global production.

Thanks

Neil

That’s really helpful, thanks. Shows how rare some are too.
