Regrettably I will now not be attending. Norman is aware and hopefully will be contacting the next reserve.

I hope you all have a great time 😃

Charles thank you and that place has been filled.

I am informed we could very well see Frank Sytner make an appearance on Sunday.

Dear All

Many thanks to those who have registered and those who have notified me that they unfortunately are unable to attend, we hope to see you on another occasion.

The host of the event is Gary Lott and his colleague Alex. The arrival time is from 1000am please leave by 1600 hrs.

It is anticipated there will be approximately 85 cars, but this situation is changing day by day with people not being able to attend or applying "last minute" all those who were on a reserve list should now have been accepted. We are expecting 150 people.

The event will take place in the Handover Centre with additional parking for attendees in the area in front of the big screen and also in BMW demonstrator parking. Please follow any directions from the Sytner staff.

There will be a mobile catering van on site, serving tea, coffee, bacon rolls, burgers, hot dogs and a veggie option. All attendee will be provided with a voucher for a roll and coffee.

Please be advised the business is open for general customers, so we should do not that will impact on that activity, we are guests and not there as a right.

Safe journey and look forward to seeing you all.

Ps:- We shall be taking photographs and some may be submitted for an article in the BMW Magazine Straight Six. This is a subscription magazine for members of the BMW Car Club GB Limited. Please inform me personally if you have any objection to your vehicle being captured and that you do not want it published, otherwise we shall consider that permission is granted.

Anyone like to travel in convoy on the day? Can meet on JT 21 M1 Foss Park at 8.45am. Will leave 9.15am sharp. So will arrive Synter between 10am and 10.15am.
Is this at the Motorway Services or somewhere else?

Fantastic day, cars and above all, the group. Thanks to all involved.

Great to chat and hang out and look at the many and varied and superb examples of the brand.

Only just back as went the long way home :)

It really occurred to be what great amabassadors we all are though. It is the people who keep these things alive.

Thanks to everyone who played a part in organising today - it was a great event. Amazing to see such a diverse selection of Alpina and even better to get to chat to a few of the members here. There were many more people I'd have liked to have said hello to, but although I know your cars, I have no idea what you all look like!

Was a great day out, and lovely to catch up with so many folk. Sorry I missed quite a few people though.

Didn't realise you made until the last minute hap, so I missed saying hello.
