I am pleased to announced that there is now Official Endorsement for ALPINA owners meeting at Sytner Nottingham on Sunday 24th April 2022

Due to limited space a maximum of 80 vehicles can be accommodated for display. I have agreed with Gary Lott to coordinate a list of those who wish to attend, with a small number of reserve places if required. Please do not contact Sytner or Gary Lott concerning this meet.

The process will be that any persons interested please email me ( do not place your name on here or anywhere else as acceptance), email to norman947@btinternet.com

Name
ALPINA model
car registration
if you intend bringing a guest please state so, but the more people that do so will reduce the overall numbers that can be accommodated.

If you have a replica ALPINA or tribute vehicle please state so these will be considered after all ALPINA applications have been received on the basis or any available space.

Sytner will provide the Burger man refreshments and use of the dealership facilities.

I will reply to each email and confirm you are "on the list"

Please a gentle reminder this is a privilege and not a right and there respect to the business, fellow colleagues and other customers and staff is requested. We must not impact on their day to day business or potential customers.

If for any reason there is need to contact me, a change of plan or you cannot attend send me a email, if you need me to call you include your number.

Please do not encourage people to attend with or without a car. Sytner are operating a strict number control and are being informed of all guests. This is for Health and Safety requirements, catering and Insurance liability purposes. If someone wishes to attend and is not registered please contact me and I will check if there is room.

Thanks for the kind words, my intention was not for Kudos, but to ensure, as far as possible that this took place and there were no business reasons for it to be cancelled or postponed to some unknown date.

Therefore, my thanks must to to those 80 car owners who responded in an almost record time fashion, those that did not question why it was being done and diligently followed the request to register and supply information.

Without participation there is no event, lets look forward to another excellent gathering of this cherished Brand.

This is great work Norrie well done (as Charles says - organisation is so undervalued!). I was too slow to register and didn't live up to the avatar name! Can I be placed on the waiting list - thank you! I totally understand if there is a long waiting list.
