That should be excellent if you consider your car power output with 360bhp. I'll buy you a drink if you can find any car with that sort of power. All the so supercar with 360 bouncing horse under control has less than 20mpg.

Been experimenting this week on sticking to the speed limits.. gosh it's tough at times! So far, the OBC is telling me I'm doing 31mpg on average (on LPG), lets see if I can keep my nerve until my tank runs dry!

Last Wednesdays trip to No-pants-on OBC reading was 33.6 mpg, there was a long stretch of roadworks on the M1 at 50 mph though

Near the end of my leave now, 2 months and 2500 miles.
1 bad boy trip back from south coast last week and still managed 30 mpg. The trip down kept slightly legal and 33 mpg.
Since we still don't have a second car the B3 is getting 25 around town and lower than 20 if driven in haste.
Not complaining: I looked at the B6 consumption on another forum and smiled.

May part company with the car if finances decree but wont regret it, the memories will live on and another Alpina will be round the corner even if it may be a cheaper alternative. Just awesome :D

This was a new record for us, by quite a way. Managed it on the way up to Rockingham yesterday from about half-way round the M25 to the end of the A14 we were averaging around 34.5, but on one stretch we managed this for a few minutes!

Got 34.8 mpg on the Rockingham trip over about 200miles. Going to brim the tank to check the computer.

Well I brimmed the tank and the real world consumption is about 31 mpg, pretty p*ss poor really
The computer is not that accurate either then

31 mpg sounds pretty good to me Geoff - the B10 3.3s used to do c. 28 mpg.

Anthony - D3 Biturbo - 09 - 40.3 just about 9000 miles and the average has never been reset, has been stuck on 40.3 for a month or so but has (briefly) been up to 40.9. Came close to getting 600 miles from a tank with a 500 mile round trip, but too heavy on the right foot in between :-)

Only joking Neal, yes I used to get a regular 28mpg from the B10 and saw high 32s on longer runs (the new owner is getting the same and has already done 10k miles!).
We'll see how the B3 goes around the highlands, I'll be putting 12/13 hundred miles on it so we should see some useful numbers.

Had my D3 into the dizzy heights of 53.2mpg average on my commute to work (Dual carrigeway, A-roads) driving off boost like my Mum :D

Getting 650 miles a tank (60 litres)

My average for a tank at the moment is around the 47mpg mark

I drive the car with plenty of mechanical sympathy but still as Alpina intended 8) on a mix of quick roads - I deliberately do very little urban driving in the B10.

Four tanks of super into my ownership I'm consistently getting 22 to 23 mpg average out of a tank. I think that's pretty good given the driving I do, plus the fact it's an auto with a honking great V8 and weighs not too far off two tons :)
