Hi all
Thanks for having me here always loved the Alpina's I don't Owen one But planning to by one this summer if I find the right one
E60 or E39 ,
we Dont get any here in Ireland or ever see any for sale . I currently own a E60 523i for 6 years and love it and do all my own work which is a must for thees cars

The engine in the E60 is great fun with the supercharger. I have the E61 Touring so the same under the bonnet.

Just make sure if you do buy one the service history is good and the supercharger is in good condition and/or has been replaced (some will have been multiple times) as it is an expensive job albeit you can now get them rebuilt.

Riding the torque is pretty addictive.

The E39 is also a lovely car, just obviously older so more to check for such as rust and worn bits etc.
