so i spent some time in one on saturday when down at dick lovetts in swindon playing with porsches. not overwhelmed but i didnt expect to be

pros
- looks great despite being divisive
- superbly balanced around the twisty stuff
- its quick
- torquey
- feels remarkably small and agile
- firm ride but not crashy
- fit/finish inside is decent
- roomy enough in the back for two teenagers
- extensive options list

cons
- turbo lag is a pain from a standing start
- steering numb
- sounds crap
- that tesla dash thing is terrible

the demo car i had didnt have the ceramics or the buckets which is what i would want if i buy one.

in early feb ill be test driving the equivalent b3 touring which is allegedly even torquier and with smaller turbos i wonder if the lag is less noticeable. the b3 does not have buckets but can be optioned with the standard m3 seats and no ceramic but an uprated steel disc and grippier pads

There is a YouTube video of comparison between the M3 Touring, B3 Touring and the M340 Touring. Both reviewers said the same thing and would take the B3 in a heart beat, but they both also said if it was there own money spending they would buy the M340.
I've seen Joe Achilles up close and although it is clearly an awesome car I don't like the different wheel sizes, and I don't like the wrap around screen.

I parked my F31 B3 next to an M3T at my local dealers just before Christmas. i know you're not looking at a car when you're driving it, and the M3T is clearly a great steer, but I couldn't have one. I like to enjoy looking at my car, and genuinely the mismatch of angles and poor design choices on the M3T leaves me cold. Would go G21 B3 every time
