Ditto'ish, October 1963, I had a BSA 175 Bantam, and I was appalled when it went up from 4s 5d to 4s 11d a gallon including two-stroke oil shots !

Thanks for the info. Not such great deal but guess it helps. Can't wait for prices to go down, it is painful filling up the tank these days.
