Small world my sister car got smashed into and I am trying to save it repair it got in touch with a body shop Grimsby and owner had this C2 apparently went to south Africa not one I’ve seen

Thought that was the C2 xbm one that previous reg ended FVV or something similar with the green blue stitching and had m3 vadar seats in front at one point

Hap, the one you pictured is #7855 and this is what I'd known until now (https://www.thealpinaregister.com/C2/2.7/coupe/7855):
- was owned by Mark Bevan going off the Register between 2009 & 2012-ish when he advertised it on PH.
- it then seemed to disappear and wasn't taxed or tested for many years.
- then resurfaced in 2020 when @E30JV & @E30Queen (Insta) acquired it and since then it has been C141RET.

Joining the dots from the link you posted:
- Mark Bevan seems to be the owner of Grimsby Auto Body
- Claire Thomas I assume is @E30Queen
- Sports & GT Classics is the dealer in ZA who has also been selling the E31 B12 5.0 in Granite and the E34 B10 3.5/1 in ALPINA Green
- Grimsby Auto Body also seem to've been the place that painted Giles' E34 B3.5 in Island Green when he restored it.

C2XBM (previously F661VKV) is the one converted to manual and most recently has the full electric recaros but did previously have vaders and the standard E30 Recaros too. I did think that E30JV had acquired it after he shared a pic of it on a trailer, but that actually now belongs to the guy with the Black E28 B10 3.5 reg: B10ALP.
