Rear mud flaps
Rear mud flaps
Hi all,i have F30 D3 and looking for rear mud flaps.I tried local Bmw dealer and they don't list them for Alpina. Any help would be great if could be pointed in direction.
Re: Rear mud flaps
Apparently it's different bumper and part numbers of mud flaps are for ordinary bumpers......
Re: Rear mud flaps
Yes the rear bumper is listed in the catalogue but as I said, I would be very surprised if ALPINA significantly changed the rear arch profile such that the standard parts don't fit. There is no mention of a unique ALPINA mudflap but there are definitely F3x D3's (both pre & LCI) rocking mudflaps.
Hope that helps

Re: Rear mud flaps
My F30 #232 is an LCi and has a mud flap/ rear deflector already fitted. Not the biggest by any stretch of the imagination. They might be for something totally different? Anyone who can enlighten me ??

Re: Rear mud flaps
These spats are to do with bodywork needing to be a certain size with respect to wheels width size IIRC.Cooknerkid wrote: ↑Wed Jun 09, 2021 11:59 amMy F30 #232 is an LCi and has a mud flap/ rear deflector already fitted. New G2x also have sublte spats/lips around much of the front wheels too which are not on G2x BMWs due to the width of wheels Alpina use up front.

Re: Rear mud flaps
Thanks churchie386. That makes more sense than very small mudflaps It might also explain why they’re not same part number as non Alpina F30.
