Lizard pls can u take a pic of the exhaust and if possible underneath. I read that the exhaust is no longer arkrapovic is there any decals on the tips at all. Can’t figure who has made it,or whether it is purely made by Alpina themselves

I can’t comment on this model, but the exhaust on the e6x B6 is made by Akropovic but not stamped on the tips.

It’s raining at the moment...however, there is no mention of Akrapovic on the exhaust or in the specification sheet. The exhaust is described as “exhaust system ALPINA, stainless steel, with double-ended tailpipes”.

Apparently ALPINA are now manufacturing their own exhaust for the G2x B3 so it seems quite possible they’d have the facilities to make one for the G3x B5’s too.

Did the 5 based cars ever get Akra? I don’t think they did. Same for G series cars. I think they have Boysen exhausts?
I think only F3^ 3 series got Akra and maybe the B5 Edition 50?

Agree with this - mine doesn't but I believe the 50 Edition did, and maybe some late LCIs that were built after them and had the same 600 bhp upgrade.

Car’s been away for a few days having a ceramic coating applied to the paintwork, wheels and leather. Was certainly sparkling when I picked it up!
