For vinyl wrap there seemed to be a lot of 'orange peel' in the green?

If you watch the fly on the wall series on Eddie Stobart their truck cabs, which are all vinyl wrapped, have that sort of finish up close.
But there again the modern BMW paint finish is exactly the same......

I know what you mean, but to be fair to BMW, the finish on the new M5 at Geneva was glass smooth and much better that that on the old v10 version.
