Re: Wanted Alpina C2 body kit
Going off the ALPINA parts catalogue the only ALPINA parts are the front snowplough spoiler and rear boot spoiler. Otherwise it’s standard E30 parts.

I'd order some bonnet roundels while you're at it... More pics would be good

Re: Wanted Alpina C2 body kit
Thanks. It has sales invoices from BMW saying its a C2 2.5 and it has a Alpina plaque saying 258 of 350. All the Alpina parts were stripped from it
Have someone checking the VIN for me to confirm
Re: Wanted Alpina C2 body kit
Would be good to see some pics of the paperwork/build plaque. Is it a UK Sytner car or Buchloe?
Buchloe only built 74 C2 2.5’s, Sytner’s numbering was totally different and it’s unclear how many they actually built.

Re: Wanted Alpina C2 body kit
Had a look, the heckspoiler would be type 136 and there doesn't appear to be many around. The snowplough would be type 137
Re: Wanted Alpina C2 body kit
Any more info on this C2 2.5. It'll be a Sytner car anyhow and like many C2 2.5's, many subsequent owners didn't realise what they had so when things started to go wrong and proved expensive they got sold for low money and tended to lose their significant parts. Sort of makes them fairly rare today.

No further information unfortunately, the person who said he could get information from Synter is proving unreliable.AG wrote: ↑Mon May 17, 2021 9:20 amAny more info on this C2 2.5. Not had any joy finding the front or rear spoiler either, I am continuing to work on the mechanicals to get it running atleast
Re: Wanted Alpina C2 body kit
Something does not look right I'm afraid, you have a facelift E30 and AFAIK the C2 2.5 was only in a pre-facelift. Which is why the correct typ 137 'snowplough' will not fit that car.
Re: Wanted Alpina C2 body kit
As its a post 9/87 built facelift car based on a 325i it wont be the original C2 2.5 which was based on a pre 9/85 built 323i.
It will be a "C2.5" which were usually badged as a C2 2.5 and is essentially a 325i with an Alpina cam, ECU and exhaust, the same engine spec as the Sytner "Alpina Sport pack" offered on any 325i.

Now you have confused me (doesn't take much I know )bss325i wrote: ↑Tue Jul 27, 2021 7:55 pmAs its a post 9/87 built facelift car based on a 325i it wont be the original C2 2.5 which was based on a pre 9/85 built 323i.

I thought the 325i based ones were C1 2.5? C1 being original engine size (B23, B25) and C2 being oversize (B26, B27) I guess there would have been a good few jokers in the pack around the time of the early PFL 325i but I thought they were all C1 by the time of the facelift?
What badge did Sytner put on the Alpina 'pack' cars?
Might have to pop in one day soon for a chat about mine, been a couple of developments......
Re: Wanted Alpina C2 body kit
With the alpina pack some didn’t have the wheels or badges it just looked like a 325i best way look for sticker on ecu, check suspension for alpina markings, some came with 6 branch exhaust
Any more general pics at all to help as we are looking at the front of the car did you say there was paperwork?
Picture of the dash plaque would certainly help as can determine if it is genuine or aftermarket
