Item number information for my 2001 330CI Alpina
Hey everyone,
Very new here and first post on this forum. Hoping for some help as I'm having a hell of a time finding part numbers to send for an order to Alpina.
I have a 2001 330CI which as far as I can understand, seems to have been brought to Alpina after purchase and modified. See photos for context.
I need the item number for a few things:
1. Front left Strut seems to have failed and is leaking. I can't find the item number for this piece anywhere.
2. When getting the rims refinished, the shop installed a center cap incorrectly and it came off when I was driving
3. Set of locks to have one key for all four rims
4. the Rubber tips inside the wheel to stop the center cap from smacking the rim
Appreciate any and all help.
P.S. I am trying to sell this car as I need a daily and this one is only at 61,000km right now. you all seem like experts so if you're noticing any non-alpina stuff or know what I should be pricing it at, would appreciate that advice as well

Looks to me like a 330ci just with Alpina wheels.

Re: Item number information for my 2001 330CI Alpina
well sorta. It's got the front Alpina bumper, Alpina suspension kit, the rims, and I think the rear bumper as well?
Re: Item number information for my 2001 330CI Alpina
Hi rear bumper is stock bmw but the bootlid spoiler looks Alpina
Was it a dealer who added this do u have a copy invoice
You will need to buy a lock set and full centre cap set from Alpina
Keep an eye on eBay
Looks a nice car and colour no idea on pricing as you can pick one up here for a decent example anywhere btw £3k to 6 or 7k depending on condition and service history

If this was a genuine Alpina B3.3 or B3S then it will have two VIN numbers on the suspension turret in the engine bay. The BMW one (WBA....) will be crossed out and replaced with an Alpina one (WAP....).
If this is not the case then, trying to say this gently , this is just a pre facelift E46 330 Ci with aftermarket Alpina body styling which would have been fitted by a BMW dealer.

Yeah you're absolutely right. It's a 330Ci with aftermarket Alpina styling. but I guess the main issue I'm having is finding the item #'s for the things that have gone wrong so far. The strut in particular has been impossible. Do you have any idea what the part number would be? the folks at Alpina have been no help at all.Charles wrote: ↑Sat Sep 03, 2022 3:20 pmIf this was a genuine Alpina B3.3 or B3S then it will have two VIN numbers on the suspension turret in the engine bay. Seems like the work was done in Japan cause everything in Japanese. but then the stickers for Alpina are so old on the struts that I can't tell what it sayshap wrote: ↑Sat Sep 03, 2022 9:25 amHi rear bumper is stock bmw but the bootlid spoiler looks Alpina
