Per subject, is 6WA - Full Black panel display standard or an option on the F30/31 D3?

It appears it is neither. The Mar-18 Pricelist I have for the F3x D3 BT states:
BMW options not available: 337 M sport package, 6WA Full black panel display, 6WB Multi-functional instrument display, 2XM BMW Individual sport steering wheel, 7xx BMW packages, BMW Lines, XC4 BMW Individual Composition.

Unfortunately not.
Seems unlikely it would've been an option that they removed at LCI, more likely it was unavailable pre-LCI then became an option I would've thought.

Mine's pre-LCI and has the 6WA full black panel display. I'm not sure I've seen a D3 or B3 without. Even when they have business nav etc.

My car is a LCI D4 no 6WB must of been the Alpina blue graphics they wouldn’t reproduce . Did it in the f series 5 series though.
