2010 D3 touring, ULEZ and value

So as far as I can see (according to TFL) my 2010 D3 BT Touring is not ULEZ compliant. So unless anyone has any great hacks for this then I need to sell sadly. Any idea on its ballpark value? Black on black FSH, 65K
Want to replace it with a ULEZ compliant one, which is the next model/ year that complies?
Any help appreciated.
