Odd water splash on floor e46 B3s

Hi all more misery at min had service main dealer 17th feb and noted last Friday 25th as I reversed out the garage was a wet darkish patch front engine water oily mark so it must have cooled Thursday then dropped into splash guard. Anyway just checked 5:30 today and it’s wet and dripped into a piece of card board I put on floor on Friday it’s to left side if looking from front and you can see it’s quite wet on tray and on the rubber pipe and suspension I tried to take some pics, seems could be radiator left side as other side splash tray looks dry
Oil level check ok
Water level check ok at max - I expected it to have dropped a lot
Washer fluid reservoir top level also
Brake fluid done and all ok
I’m stumped any ideas at all hopefully you can see images

Can you tell if it is oil or water? It could be oil residue from the dealer oil change. The BMW design makes it less likely than other makes but some oil inevitably escapes into the engine bay during an oil and filter change and will find its way to the floor.

Thanks for reply it’s kind of more watery consistency than oil but appears dark in colour so could be oil,water mixture
On the health vid said no leaks and u can see splash guard is dry

You would be able to smell if the water pump was leaking when the engine is hot.

Have you checked PAS level? The resevoirs are pretty notorious on these.

Good call didn’t consider I think there is a hose underneath the fan housing would that be it? It appeared quite wet but was unable to get a photo

Lower radiator hose & coolant temp sensor and saw it drip onto tray u can see it on the pic

All fixed the plastic where the sensor plugs in had a very fine crack in it so should be all good
