E90 D3 Biturbo gearbox oil

Hi, just wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction, I’m trying to find the correct oil for the manual gearbox and also the diff oil. Any help greatly appreciated

I would assume that these will be the same as the BMW lubricants. Sorry not much help, mines the 6 speed automatic.

I used Castrol products in my E91 diesels:

Gearbox: Castrol Syntrans B 75W (ZF TE-ML 11)
Rear Axle: Castrol Syntrax LongLife 75W90 (ZF TE-ML 058, 12B, 17B, 19C, 21B and BMW approved) - its for a non-LSD diff

E90 BiT Manual

Diff Oil - Castrol Syntax LL 75W-90 (non LSD)
GBox Oil - Castrol Syntrans B 75W

I've not got the BMW specs to hand but from my records at the time the Castrol specs carry across.
