They can be tardy when using 'normal' communications methods as others have mentioned the same. I have known Phil for a few years now, the team do excellent work. Best thing is to rock up and book your car in for the next date available. It might sound a bit alein not being able to book over the phone but it's the only way I have got around it.

I had this trouble, so after many attempts gave up :? .
If you are not too far away I would highly recommend BMR based in Turners Hill not too far from Crawley, they actually answer the phone :D

Other option that I use is Birds Performance in Iver. Very pleased with Kevin and his team and the care and attention to detail given to cars they have in.

B10BRW - thanks - Crawley is too far

Just spoken to Phil at CPC and he apologises if the email was missed. The phone, at the moment, keeps ringing from lots of calls which only a few can be answered at the time by the reception team, but people are not leaving voicemails so they are unable to return those calls.

That said, even as a long term and loyal CPC customer, I would agree that they really could do better ...

thanks Charles...irony is, he probably drives past my home every day to get to/ from work...I live in Pinner and he once took my car from my house :D

Still looking around. Birds doesn't allow me to supply my own oil/ parts.

I had my DB9 serviced recently and they charged £21.55 per litre....11 litres of the stuff

My fault however, though they allow me to supply my own oil, I forgot to ask on this occasion

cheers
