BMW Sat Nav Repairs West Midlands

Post by MCB » Tue Nov 22, 2016 2:09 pm

We had been having problems with the E60 idrive since the summer. With all sorts of scary diagnoses and prices being thrown at us by independents and main stealers  I found this guy (Andy) on eBay and gave him a call. He diagnosed the problem immediately as being the phone module that sits in the boot area.

We were at the NEC Classic Car Show the other Sunday and it was arranged that we call round his house on our way home that evening. Andy had the idrive up and running in no time. With the old unit out and a refurbished one fitted in just 15 minutes!! Now that is what I call service. Especially as it was a Sunday evening :D He even supplied us with an updated mapping disc.

I can highly recommend Andy and his services. A very friendly and helpful guy. Whose knowledge base in this field is second to none. He could save you a fortune

I can heartily endorse Terrys comments, Andy retro-fitted a Sat Nav system to my E46 330D 8 years ago.
Very knowledgeable and friendly chap, has good taste too :D , he had just bought a D3 when I saw him.

Can thoroughly recommend Andy, a colourful character knows his stuff and can clean up your faults. Can travel too so no worries about having to take all the gubbins out of your car and send it away,
