My heart would be with my 309Gti 1.9 so I went for the nearest the 205 8)

Seeing as I have one I had to go for the Mk1 Golf GTI.

A few notable exceptions which should vie for the title ...

Mk2 Golf GTI 16v & DC2 Integra Type R
Ex. B10 V8 Touring #160 Alpina Blue : Current M2 DCT (OG)

I chose the 206. When I were a lad I managed to convince me mum that it was a good idea to insure me on her beautiful black one, it was a 'B' plate.

It was one of two cars I was able to drive on a regular basis as a 17year old newbie driver!! that and a wonderful 6 volt 1963 1200 Beetle, so quite a contrast!!
D3BT #200 Lux Pack and Switchtronic
