When Mazda launched their current generation of the MX5 we were there. When asked about a folding hardtop version, they said they wouldn't do it, as it would compromise the car.

So like many we were suprised when that very car was revealed at this year's British Motorshow.

Andy attended the European launch of this new car named (bit of a mouthful) the Roadster Coupe.
