Alloy wheels covered by BMW warranty?

My G31 Touring is coming up to 3 years old

I’ve noticed the lacquer on 3 of the 4 alloys is starting to lift and alloys are discolouring around those areas.

It’s in for a recall this week so was going to mention it to them.

Should the wheels come under the corrosion warranty?

They replaced the rear wheels on our previous F25 X3 when the clearcoat started to lift around the centre caps - think it was between 2 & 3 years old when they were replaced

Result - tool car in last week and they are replacing 3 out the 4 wheels. To be honest the 4th wheel hasn’t a mark on it so fair comment.
