Freezing

Post by Henry » Wed Nov 20, 2019 12:22 am

Here I sit freezing my extremities off in Cumbria. Have had the electric off for 3 hours so no heat and back to candles. Mind you, I was 10 years old before we got electricity in our house in Ireland but I was young and didn’t know anything different so one coped. I’m old now soft and weak with modern living. I’m even having to contemplate having a conversation with my wife. I mean, this is so difficult. I think we’ll go out in the ALPINA to get warmed up. I mean that has got to be the best excuse ever. Bye
