And the funniest thing about it is, this time it's not all hype...

Now St. Steve's gone, Apple seem to be afraid to change their 'winning formula' too much. resulting in a lack of true innovation, and are starting to have to play catch-up...

PS This is an observation and is not intended to start an Android vs Apple argument :wink:

Perry,

I agree, for the first time, in a long time, I also think that this is a catch up exercise for Apple products and their iOS. I certainly will not be joining any kind of queue for a shiny new iP5.

Don't forget, Jobs was really, really ill with Pancreatic Cancer for years. Tim Cook has been running the place.

Don't forget, Jobs was really, really ill with Pancreatic Cancer for years. Tim Cook has been running the place.
Yes but, by all reports, Jobs let Cook control the day-to-day administrative side of the company but kept tight hold of the creative side especially the direction of new products - now you have a bean counter running everything and you'll only get 'safe' products.
