Was 6 weeks (or there abouts) for rear springs for my F31 D3. Again, multiple options so had to have Alpina advise which one specifially, then ordered through local BMW dealer.

Now confirmed ULEZ compliant by TfL.

Here's the letter I sent TfL via their ULEZ page. I uploaded it along with a copies of the V5C and Certificate of Conformance from Alpina in single PDF.
