E39 B10 V8 #704

This is back on Marketplace today. Price dropped to £7k but with similar mileage and price tag, I can't see why you won't look seriously at V8/1 #044, even with it's more sombre colour scheme. I still have not replaced my B3 and a B5 was my ideal next step, this one looks lovely but that history and refurbished turbos concern me? Also no HK audio!
Speak to Barry, apparently he (BMR) did a lot of the recent work on this.

Can't help with the spec of a B3 battery Rav but Tim on Meeknet has a pretty good process here to check for parasitic drain: https://www.meeknet.co.uk/e38/E38_Battery_Drain.htm
Very useful link, thanks Barry

F10 B5 BiTurbo #021

This one is back on the market, up with Uber GT. Sounds like it has had a lot of fettling in the last 8mths, looks pretty sharp.

Re: BMW ALPINA DIESEL CONVERTIBLE D4 3.0 Bi Turbo 2dr Switch-Tronic FN15NVF Current Bid: £15,700 Time Left: 2d 4h 42m 0

Someone's going to have fun tracking down that water leak and sorting all those "little" jobs. I've seen several F 3 series convertibles (BMW not ALPINA - not that it makes a difference) where the lower drain holes have become blocked and the rear quarter panels fill up with water. Above a ...

FYI - this definitely doesn't have Merino leather either although Sytner keep advertising it as such.

Re: E36 B3 3.2 #067

Personally Rav, I think it will be a long time until these are actually selling at this sort of price point. I'd love to think #062 is worth this sort of money but in reality ... mid teens feels more realistic when they have all the correct parts and condition is spot on. E46 B3S #237 didn't find a ...

Is that awful additional gauge cluster an alpina option?
Yep, it was standard fit on the Switch-tronic cars as it has a gear display as well as oil pressure/temp and diff temp.

Last one I saw on eBay.de went for over €1.5k

Re: Barry old E92 B3 Biturbo #185 £19995 88.6k

"seems to go up in value" Not an expert on the car prices, but I thought it seemed rather steep. Just me or would others agree? Not that I would be disgrunteld if the owner did sell at that price. I'd be very happy with the value of my B3 saloon of the same same year :-) This was sold by Barry (own...

E36 B3 3.2 #067

Another 3.2 for sale, this time one of the saloons. Originally there were supposed to be 4 UK cars but I've only ever seen 3 of them and one of those is now in New Zealand. I'd say it's priced very high, especially without OE suspension or front splitter, but I guess the upcoming auctions for the Co...
