Looks good, love the seats but I have never seen one with half leather and that cloth :

Would imagine settlement of the car would have happened within 100 miles
Just doing the same job on my coupe at the moment, get him to check the pads that the springs sit in because you can get various types. But shouldn't cause a vast change like you have mentioned
