I fixed mine by getting a new DMF. I had a new clutch plate at the same time as it was an opportune moment.

Allso, it could be a problem with the Pierberg pressure converter for the EGR valve. The vacuum hoses are also known to perish.

If the car has had dpf issues in the past then the inlet manifold and the EGR can become seriously gunked up. I had mine off and steam cleaned.

Ive used nothing else for 10 years, apart from when ive been away and not ben able to get it. The difference is noticeable. The car seems more responsive and efficient.

Never user supermarket furl as it has a high biodiesel content and this is not good for your engine or exhaust system...

Plug AND relay? Relay is notorious for failing too.
