I have climate on my D3BT. And it's number 002. Plus the USB audio but no cruise. My guess is the build was made before they finalised the spec.
And I use the climate all the time...

I plan to change my front discs and pads on my D3 BT due to the corrosion on the outside 10mm of the disc face which just looks bad, although the brakes work fine.
