The way I'm reading this sounds more like the glow plugs at fault. You say when the car is at idle, as in you're not pressing the clutch pedal etc.

I'm sure that the brake set up is Brembo on these cars so you'd have to see what they offer. Pretty sure you could get some drilled versions if that's the look you want.

D3 F30 A1(M) - 11/01/18 @ 17:20 - D3 Number plate

Very dirty D3 F30 with a 'D3' plate heading North on the A1(M) in commuter traffic. You went past me at Ledsham (A63) junction then I sat behind you until joining at the A1 M1 junction. You continued North on the A1(M) and I turned off on the A64. Travelling at typical 'Alpina' pace. I was in the eq...

Very sad news. Thoughts with Dave's family and friends at this sad time. Never got to meet Dave but he was one of only two other Alpina owners I knew of in my town of birth. Good of you to help out Alex and hope you find a good home for it. A lovely car. See you've been expanding your Alpina collect...

The top photo is just the case back, it never gets seen when on the wrist. I have a nice watch given to me for my 40th which is for special occasions, hopefully to pass on to my son in due course. I was just looking for a new work watch to wear everyday and found this. I ended up having to buy 2 wa...

There's a mix of Marcos / Honda NSX / Carrera GT in that.

Liking the front and side profile, not so much the rear. And the 'blue' everything interior is a bit much. :sick

Wonder what the handling is like?

I'd be surprised if the wrap would have an effect on the signal. Give it a go and it could always be removed if wrapped individually to the roof. If you went for a clear wrap then I wouldn't bother wrapping the fin anyway.

I think CF would look good but is that getting a bit too 'M'?!

Hi Marie-Noëlle, All good here thanks. Good to hear you are well and hope you are still enjoying your D3. Thinking about it, the Scooby would be pretty much ideal for Cadwell. Decent brakes and 4WD will certainly assist and be more forgiving in the tight twisty bits, especially if it is your first ...

Hi Marie-Noëlle Are you doing it in the D3 or Scooby? I did an organised track day there with Pataket a couple of years ago in his Evora rather than our Alpina's. A brilliant track which has some fairly technical sections, especially for novice racers. As with any circuit, this is especially hard o...

Less of the silver 997 in the foreground and more of the green machine (including interior) please

I'd put money on the B3 touring being rarer than the F12
