Was it a genuine car? It's got a Motorsport front spoiler not an Alpina version.

In fact now u mention IT I dont think it is coming up as a 840 be that colour looks like velvet blue I think it was a homage to a b12

Thatís the one Hap. Comes up as an 840 on the reg checker. 1997 build date is a few years too new aswell to be a 5.0.

Sytner cars have 4 figure numbers but as othershave discovered it's lacking cylinders and capacity...
