Afternoon all,

I've had one of my E36 Alpina B3's in storage for a while now but it gets started regularly and I've moved it around a bit too over the last few months as I've been restoring the front seats.

However, when I came to move it the other day there was a big pool of what looks like power steering fluid on the floor and when I was moving the car the power steering was working intermittently and it was making some pretty awful noises when turning the steering wheel too. Has anyone else experienced this and if so what was the issue, pipe leak, pump leak, something else?

Thanks

Chris

sounds like the rack might have given up. You need to jack it up see where the leak is coming from

Hi nkotecha,

Here are some photos of my current and previous Alpinas. I wish I'd kept them all, lol!
