Hi guys I'm looking to upgrade my 2014 d3 differential to an lsd.Is there any kit sold to do this? Or do i need to purchase a whole new differential? Any info would be greatly appreciated

AFAIK you cannot turn a normal open diff into an LSD.
You would at least need to change the entire internals.
Look up Quaiffe LSD as they do a direct fit for E9X range

You can if you weld it! But you wouldn't want to do that.

Birds do an upgrade from the BMW stock diff to an Quaiffe ATB diff. It's an approved BMW fit as well so won't invalidate any warranty you may have.
