Seat Bolster Replacement from Alpina - a little bit shocked

From your inital post I thought you were referring to the actual foam bolster.

Having seen the pic, as MCB says, it's a relatively easy repair for any upholsterer and they can return your leather to look like new condition by re-colouring it for less than 1/10th of the cost.
Nothing to see here.... move along in an orderly fashion please!
